Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Fees

When shopping with Solqini from outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once it arrives in your country. These charges are not included in the price of your purchase or shipping cost, and they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Solqini does not offer a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service, which means we are unable to estimate or pay any international customs fees on your behalf.

Your Responsibility as an International Buyer

By placing an international order with us, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Any customs, import, or handling charges imposed by your country must be paid by you (the customer).

• These charges may be due before or upon delivery, depending on your local postal or customs authorities.

• Refusing to pay these charges may result in the parcel being returned to us. In such cases, we will refund your order (excluding original shipping fees) once the parcel is returned safely.
